Global Agora is currently a members only Internet traffic exchange pairing advertisers with publishers on a real time, click by click basis.

Advertisers select how much and the type of traffic they would like (for example: U.S. users on a Windows computer using Internet Explorer with Earthlink as their ISP), and place a minimum bid of what they are willing to pay per unique user for that traffic over a designated campaign period.
